Bus Aide in South Haven
Part time position responsible for providing supervision to preschool age children riding the school bus. The hours are 6:45-8:00am and 11:15-12:30pm, Monday through Thursday.
Qualifications - High school diploma/GED.
Pay - $7.50 per hour.
Classroom Teacher substitutes
Work schedules are on an "as needed basis". Duties include utilizing a lesson plan to provide learning activities, providing supervision during meals, snacks, outdoor play and supervision of classroom staff.
Qualifications - Current teaching license required.
Pay - $80.00 per day.
Educational Support substitutes
Work schedules are on an "as needed basis" and are daytime hours Monday - Thursday. Duties include working with children during learning activities, providing supervision during meals, snacks, outdoor play, clean up after activities, preparation of learning materials and assistance with personal hygiene.
Qualifications - High school diploma/GED required.
Direct Support Professional
Full and part time positions in day support services. Duties include providing assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, work tasks and recreation/leisure activities. The work schedule is Monday-Friday.
Qualifications - High school diploma/GED, valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Pay - $7.90 per hour.
Direct Support Professional - Wellington
Full-time, part time and substitute positions in residential services. The work schedule includes early morning hours , evening hours ,weekends, holidays and possible overnight hours. Employees are responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities on basic self care, daily living skills, communication and self-advocacy. Must be able to read and understand goals of persons served and support the individual to achieve those goals. The ability to handle multiple tasks and develop positive relationships with persons served are the key components of the position.
Qualifications - The right candidate must have high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay - Starting wage is $8.20 - $8.50 per hour depending on the position.
Family Support Specialist
Full time home visitor position responsible for providing social and in-home educational services to young children and families.
Qualifications - The right candidate must have good oral and written communication skills, have the ability to multi-task and organize their time to allow flexibility in adjusting schedule to handle crisis situations in families. Requires a bachelor's degree in social work, early childhood education or related field. Knowledge of child development and community resources helpful. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience working with families and/or infants and toddlers.
Pay - Starting wage is $12.50 per hour.
