In-home supportsFutures offers respite care for people who live at home. We also provide individual support, helping with personal tasks or making it easier to participate in activities. This kind of support is often the bridge to independence in the adult world. On-site vocational trainingThis is the equivalent of a day job for the people serve and it pays with a sense of accomplishment and personal reward. With our manufacturing, packaging and woodworking capabilities, we offer individuals exciting and fulfilling work projects while providing contractual work support to the South Central Kansas manufacturing community. From the supports we provide on the job to advocacy efforts with employers we are focused on promoting independence and self respect. Participants earn a competitive wage while learning valuable job and social skills.
