Case management

Our case managers have the answers to smoothly navigate the developmental disability system. They’re in-house experts on planning, a vital connection to services and a necessary advocate, whether the individual is in school or engaged in adult life.

Group homes and apartments

This type of home setting is available to individuals who wish to live outside their family home but may require help at any time of the day.

In-home supports

Futures offers respite care for people who live at home. We also provide individual support, helping with personal tasks or making it easier to participate in activities. This kind of support is often the bridge to independence in the adult world.

On-site vocational training

This is the equivalent of a day job for the people serve and it pays with a sense of accomplishment and personal reward. With our manufacturing, packaging and woodworking capabilities, we offer individuals exciting and fulfilling work projects while providing contractual work support to the South Central Kansas manufacturing community. From the supports we provide on the job to advocacy efforts with employers we are focused on promoting independence and self respect. Participants earn a competitive wage while learning valuable job and social skills.
