Parents, some mornings we will need you to perform a wellness check on your preschooler BEFORE coming to school so we can move more quickly through drop-off to get your child inside where it’s warm and dry. So here are the Wellness Questions for your reference:
- Has your child or anyone in your home been sick with breathing problems, cough, diarrhea, muscle aches, changes in taste and smell, and fever above 100.4 degrees recently?
- Has your child, or anyone in your household, traveled to a high-risk area within the past 2 weeks?
- Have you, or anyone in your household, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 2 weeks?
- Does your child have a fever over 100.4 today or in the last 72 hours with medication?
Please keep your child home if you answer yes to any of the above questions. Follow instructions in handbook related to illness. For questions, please call Melissa Provost, RN at 620-326-8906 ext 253. It is always best to see a health care provider for any illness symptoms and follow their recommendations.
